Hi, I'm Bridget! I'm a passionate and dedicated transformational health and wellness coach and my mission is empowering women to live healthy, vibrant and happy lives.
My journey into health and wellness began when I faced my own personal struggles as a woman in my late 40’s going through peri-menopause. I discovered a health program that was so much more than just another diet. Not only did I lose 35 lbs, my entire outlook on how to fuel my body and live a healthy life was transformed.
As I learned more about health and fitness, I began to see the huge gap in education for women as they transition through peri-menopause into menopause. Navigating this for myself was a challenge and I had access to many resources that others did not. I decided to become a certified Menopause Coaching Specialist so that I can specifically address those gaps for my clients.
I live in Louisville, Kentucky with my British husband, teen and tween kiddos and two rambunctious Bernedoodles. It would be my honor to guide you on the path to optimal health and wellbeing!
